No software to install
You have two simple and secure ways to transfer and manage your files on Ewedrive - WebDAV (web folders as it's known in Windows) and our unique web based file manager.
WebDAV allows you to create, in effect, a folder on your PC that looks local but actually connects to your remote Ewedrive space. Once set up, simply drag and drop files between Ewedrive and your computer. NB: Many other backup providers require you to install proprietary software in order to use their service and many also charge extra to use their software on more than one PC at a time. Encrypt and store files your way
When it comes to on-line file storage we know that trust is everything and we don't expect you'll trust us overnight.
There is a lot of easy to use freeware available (e.g. 7zip, AxCrypt, Kryptel) that will enable you to encode your data using powerful 256bit AES encryption and protected by your own password. Indeed software such as Backup Chunker offers an easy way to encrypt your files as well as compress and transfer on-the-fly.
All the while safely knowing that if someone wanted to see your data the only way they could do that was to somehow get hold of your password or spend their entire lifetime (and more) trying to crack it.
We have every reason to take your data as seriously as you do, otherwise we wouldn't be around very long. So even if you choose not to encrypt your data our storage and file transfer systems are purposefully designed to keep it as safe as possible.

Blogger and Wordpress.org blogs are for fair-weather or social bloggers… but I think that anyone that contributes (not copies) content to the Internet are valuable.
Ban users by IP, IP Range, host name and referer url from visiting your WordPress's blog. It will display a custom ban message when the banned IP, IP range, host name or referer url trys to visit you blog. You can also exclude certain IPs from being banned. There will be statistics recordered on how many times they attemp to visit your blog. It allows wildcard matching too.

Reddit Button is a Wordpress plugin that displays - you may not believe it. - a reddit button in your posts.
Share This is a plugin that provides an unobtrusive way for your visitors to add your post to various social bookmarking sites, or send a link via e-mail to a friend.
PlugInstaller is a WordPress plugin-management plugin that eliminates the need to download a plugin archive, upload it to your FTP server and unpack it manually. With PlugInstaller, you can easily enter a plugin URL (e.g. directly from a plugin repository website like the WordPress.org plugin repository) within the admin interface which is in turn automatically downloaded and installed on your server or you can upload a file from your local file system which is also automatically installed. If you do no longer like one or more plugins that you previously installed, you can uninstall those plugins with a single click.
This plugin offers a way of including arbitrary amounts of images in posts; the basic ideas came from AutoGallery.
There’s no doubt about it: Upgrading is annoying. You must download the new version, unpack it, delete the old files, copy in the new files, run an upgrading routine.

I originally started using movable contact forms with my blog yesterday when I released Dan Cameron 2.0. I was going to keep it for my self because what is the point to hard work if you can’t wave it around and gloat? Well I wised up and got off my ass and looked at code here and there and I found out how to get it to work as a “kick ass” plugin.
Movable Anything does just that. It makes anything that you specify movable, it creates a separate window of sorts so you can click and drag it all around the page. Originally made for comment forms I thought why not use it for anything.
Review stuff is a plugin that adds a review process to post editing that includes a ranking, link, and spoiler warning. It was written with movies in mind, but was purposely kept vague enough to be used for pretty much anything.
This plugin adds a list of icons to your posts that allow visitors to easily bookmark them on a number of different social bookmarking sites.
