Why should anything children do be of any interest to me? Children have no value to, and hold no interest for, me. The thing is that parents cannot see that. Parents think that their genetic material is the most fascinating subject ever, and that I would be delighted to hear (as would the rest of the world) what it is up to. Children are like retarded people, unless you are looking for somebody dumber than you are that you can victimize, they have little to offer, and cannot be interesting. The chief feature of the childhood landscape is ignorance, profound in it's completeness. They don't know how to do anything, they don't what to think about anything, and they have no background knowledge with which they can grasp new facts.
